Booking

You can book:

On our website www.seagreen-campings.com or https://www.camping-greenvillage.fr/fr/ by calling our booking center in low season (from September to March): Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in high season (from April to August): Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local call rates).

Your booking becomes final after payment of a 30% deposit on the stay, payable by credit card at the time of booking. All booking requests must be accompanied by the deposit payment.

The prices shown are valid for the current season. They include the booked accommodation as well as:

  • Entertainment
  • Access to the pool and facilities
  • Access to the sanitary facilities

To facilitate your arrival, a security deposit will be required before the start of your stay. This deposit must be made by phone, in the amount of €350. The deposit is a simple credit card imprint and will not be charged to your account.

The deposit can also be made on-site upon your arrival by bank cheque.

The full amount of the security deposit will be refunded to you no later than 15 days after your departure, provided the accommodation is returned clean, minus any charges for damages, unpaid services, or the loss of keys or wristbands provided upon arrival.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (except American Express)
  • ANCV Holiday Voucher and Chèque Vacances Connect
  • Bank cheque
  • Cash (on-site only)
  • Bank transfer

A 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Then, except for credit card payments, payments are accepted no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

Modification or cancellation of my booking

You can book:

The customer can request a change of their stay at the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation) by written request to the campsite (letter or email), subject to availability, up to a maximum of 30 days before the original booking. No transfers will be accepted to the following season.

Any price difference at the time of modification between the old and new stay will be charged to the customer. If the new stay is cheaper than the original, no refund will be given for the difference.

  1. Notify the establishment immediately by email at reservation@seagreen.fr (including the name of the campsite in the subject) or by phone at +33 (0)5 64 10 20 20 about your cancellation, delay, or interruption.

  2. Report your claim to Neat within 5 working days following the event causing the guarantee via this form, by email at sinistre@neat.eu, or by phone at +33 5 54 54 25 22.

  3. You will be refunded within 48 hours.

Online, you can select this option during your booking.
It must be taken at the time of booking or no later than 24 hours after.

Attention! This insurance is offered through a third-party provider. After informing the campsite of your cancellation or early departure, you are responsible for reporting your situation to the insurer.

If, despite our best efforts to fully satisfy you, you have any complaints, please inform the reception staff immediately.

Accommodation

All our sites have sanitary facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility. However, the natural layout of some campsites (steep slopes, stony paths, etc.) may make movement difficult.

Some of our campsites are equipped with accommodations specially designed for people with reduced mobility:

  • Les Grenettes***
  • L’Occitan**

All mobile homes are equipped with heating and air conditioning. However, the Havana Lodge does not have heating or air conditioning. The technical sheet for each accommodation is available on our website, and our holiday advisors can provide you with information about it when making your booking.

Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch (except in certain campsites by exception).

Depending on the campsite, the vehicle may be parked directly on the pitch or in an adjacent parking area designated for this purpose.

For safety and insurance reasons, it is not possible to set up a tent on the pitch.

Children

The kids' club, located at Domaine de la Forge just 800 meters away, welcomes children from 4 to 12 years old.

All children, even babies, are counted towards the accommodation or pitch capacity for safety and insurance reasons. The maximum number of people indicated in the cottage must not be exceeded.

Pets

We accept pets under the following conditions:

  • 1 pet per accommodation
  • Excluding category 1 and 2 breeds
  • Maximum weight: 20 kg
  • Pet supplement: €7/day

At the campsite, pets must be kept on a leash, never be left alone in the accommodation, and have an up-to-date vaccination record.

Miscellaneous questions

For rentals:

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM
  • Check-out before 10:00 AM

On all our campsites, arrivals are possible from Monday to Sunday in low season.

In July/August, during the summer season, arrivals and departures are also from Monday to Sunday, except for Cottages, where arrivals and departures are only on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

For pitches:

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out before 12:00 PM

In case of a late arrival (after 7:00 PM in high season and 6:00 PM outside July and August), please inform the campsite reception so they can explain the late arrival procedure.

Please have your vehicle registration number ready.

No, sheets are not included in the rental. They are part of the optional services.

End-of-stay cleaning is part of the optional services at Green Village.

Yes, by staying at Green Village, you can fully enjoy the facilities at Domaine de la Forge, located just 800 meters away. Access is included at no extra cost.

For hygiene reasons, swimming shorts and bermuda shorts are not allowed.

We only accept swim briefs and swim trunks for men, and one-piece or two-piece swimsuits for women.

Please note that for bookings made after 6:00 PM, you may only receive the confirmation email the following morning.

Only the mobile homes have private bathrooms. For the Havana lodges, shared sanitary facilities are available nearby.
